• Viewer account: your email address and a securely derived password verifier (not your plain-text password).
• Purchases and access: coin balances, episode unlocks, VIP status, transaction references, and identifiers needed to connect payments to your account.
• Account and security: session information, password-reset tokens stored as hashes, and limited records used to help prevent abusive sign-in or reset attempts.
• Technical information: information needed to deliver pages, stream videos, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the security of the service.
• Support: information you choose to send us when you request help.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure viewer accounts, provide streaming, track coin unlocks and memberships, confirm purchases, send account-recovery messages, respond to support requests, and investigate errors or suspected misuse.

3. Payment and email service providers

Stripe processes payment details through its checkout and billing services. Delivee Studios stores references and account-access information associated with purchases, but our website does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Resend is used to deliver account-recovery emails. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information necessary to run and protect the website. Each provider handles information under its own applicable policies.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use essential session cookies so signed-in viewers can access their accounts and paid episodes. These are needed for account authentication and are not used by this implementation for advertising.

5. Retention and protection

We retain account and purchase records while needed to provide access, keep accurate payment records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Account credentials and password-reset tokens are not stored in plain text. No online system can promise absolute security.

6. Your choices

You can cancel recurring VIP renewals through your viewer account. To ask about your personal information, request correction, or request account deletion, contact our support email. Some information may need to be retained for security, records, or legal reasons.

7. Updates

We may update this notice as Delivee Studios grows. We will post the updated version here with its effective date and provide additional notice when required.
