Refund Policy

1. Delivee Coins: all sales final

Delivee Coins are digital credits that can be used only on Delivee Studios to unlock eligible episodes. Coin bundles are final and non-refundable once purchased, including when some or all coins remain unused. We do not provide refunds because a viewer changes their mind, dislikes an episode, or decides not to watch.

Coins are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each premium episode currently costs 10 coins for an individual unlock.

2. VIP memberships: monthly payments are final

Delivee VIP is currently priced at $7.99 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Each completed billing-period payment is non-refundable as a general rule, including if a member does not watch during that period. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily refund an already-paid period.

Members who cancel normally keep VIP viewing access through the end of the period they have already paid for. See our VIP Cancellation Policy for the steps.

3. Legal rights and billing errors

This policy does not limit refunds, reversals, or other remedies required by applicable law. We will review verified billing mistakes, such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, as well as reports of unauthorized transactions or paid digital access not being delivered as agreed. Whether a refund or another remedy is appropriate depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

Cardholder rights to contact a card issuer about a charge are separate from this policy.

4. How to contact us

Email our support address with the email associated with the purchase, the approximate date and amount, and a short explanation. Please do not send full card details or passwords. If a refund is approved or legally required, the return method and timing depend on the payment processor and financial institution.

5. Public free preview

Delivee Studios currently offers a public free preview. New paid purchases are disabled and no real payments are collected. The policies above describe our intended terms for Coins and VIP when purchases become available.
