VIP Cancellation Policy

1. Price and renewal

Delivee VIP is currently $7.99 per month. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. VIP unlocks streaming access to available premium episodes while your membership is active; a VIP subscription is not a purchase of individual episodes or downloadable files.

2. Cancel anytime

Sign in to your Delivee Studios viewer account and select Manage or cancel VIP membership. In the secure billing portal, choose the cancellation option and confirm it. If you cannot access that option, contact our support email before your next renewal.

3. What happens after cancellation?

• Once the cancellation is confirmed, future monthly renewals stop.
• Your VIP access generally continues until the end of your already-paid billing period.
• Your individual episode unlocks purchased with Delivee Coins remain associated with your viewer account.
• After VIP access ends, premium episodes you have not individually unlocked will require a new VIP subscription or a coin unlock.

4. Refunds for the current billing period

VIP monthly charges are normally final and are not prorated or refunded simply because you cancel early or do not watch. This does not affect applicable legal rights or corrections for verified billing errors, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Public preview notice

VIP subscriptions are not currently for sale. Delivee Studios is open for free viewing while we finish our payment and account-recovery setup. No real VIP charges are being collected during this preview.
